The Gardens
The Medieval Garden Room: Reminiscent of medieval times, this small garden includes perfume plants, a thyme and kitchen garden, culinary herbs, apocathery garden, stillroom (repellants), grasses, mint, water, flower, fruit, Mother's and entrance gardens. It is quite small and when in bloom a riot of colour and perfume.

The Australiana Garden Room: Just a small garden of Australian plants within a rustic picket fence.

The Japanese Garden Room: Follow the  clockwise path around the central mound past the box through the white bark beech forst, past the " rock river"" and cherries, black pine and back around the central mound. Bare in winter you can see through the garden, exciting in spring, glorious in summer and colourful in the fall! We are still adding pockets of colour. This is a "work in progress".

The Mother's Memorial Garden: The rose garden in the entrance drive is dedicated to lost Mothers and in particular roses that my much adored Mother loved.

Di's Garden Room:  Just outside the Japanese garden it contains Lavandula Hazel (named after Di's mum) and many other plants gathered by my special friend Di.

The French Garden: Just a tiny patch in the side courtyard near the gum tree. A reminder of our special days in Provence. New!

The Folly: A happening project at the bottom of the lavender display rows: rocks and other stuff to smile about....will never be finished!

The Sage Garden (under construction): at the end of the lavender display rows. With many different sages on display, surrounded by a garden display of grasses and other shrubs and flowering plants. This garden commemorates a much loved corgi "Ellie" and whilst you may view it, will not be in full colour until spring 2010.

The lavender display: With over 60 varieties of lavender in the gardens, you will find something in bloom most of the time. The parterres are a riot of different hues and the display rows are heaven in the season. From the veranda the view overlooking the lavender towards overwhelmingly stunning rural views is unmatched.
